YEAR END SOCIAL -- June 8, 2008, Saturay at Glenn Tadina's. A map and directions will be sent to those needing directions. Social gathering about 12:30 PM. Picnic Pot-Luck at 2:00 PM. Family members are invited. BYOL. Rain or shine event. Under the oak trees if weather is nice, in the carport if marginal, in the house if cold or raining.

Our four season concerts are all scheduled on Sunday afternoons, 3:00 PM
1:00 PM warm-up, sound check and final check, unless notified differently.

Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at Crossler Middle School, 7:15 - 9:30 PM starting the first Monday after Labor Day.

Be sure to turn in all music and folders following the concert Sunday
We will need to strike the thrust extension, risers, shell, stands and chair immediately following the concert Sunday. The clouds will fly for storage to be used by the Salem Pops the following week.

We will not be participating with the Adult Band Festival this year. The ABF will be held at George Fox College on May 17, 2008

BAND MEMBER TICKET SALES:

1. Check out tickets or purchase them from Glenn Tadina via SCB. Unsold tickets must be turned in by the warm-up rehearsal on the Sunday concert. No service fee charge when acquired through SCB. As an alternate, consider giving a copy of the ticket order form to a prospective audience member. Copy the ticket order form from our website.

2. Purchase a ticket through the Historic Elsinore Theatre or any TicketsWest outlet. There is no service charge for tickets purchased in person at the Elsinore. Phone orders at the Elsinore and tickets purchased through TicketsWest are subject to a service charge. No refund or tickets returnable.

3. Have your prospective buyer get their tickets from you or via SCB mail order, the Historic Elsinore Theatre, TicketsWest or purchase at the door. Tickets purchased through the Elsinore Theatre and TicketsWest may have a service charge.

4. Be sure to request your band member complimentary ticket from Glenn. Your dues must be paid. You may use it for anyone you choose.

NOTE: This page will be used to post emergency notices, new information for members and other changes. Do check it often, especially the day of or the day before a rehearsal or event for important changes and details. Emergency changes for inclement weather will also be posted as they occur.
