Katelyn Gerlicher

Katelyn has been playing the harp for 9 years. She was the principle harpists for the Salem Youth Symphony from 2004 until 2009. She also played with the McNary High School orchestra for 2 years as well as playing concerts with Sprague High School Orchestra, North Salem High School Orchestra, and the Salem Pops Orchestra. Katelyn was the winner of the 2009 Lucille Pulliam Harp Scholarship. She is also the two-time Judges Choice Award winner with an invitation to Nationals with the Fine Arts Festival of National Youth Ministries. She continues to study harp with Karen Almquist at Karen’s studio in Silverton, Oregon. Katelyn has experience playing at receptions, weddings, funerals and other social events.
